Sara Poole

As Sara grew up, she naturally developed a love of helping others. Her passion is to work with children because she can shape their minds. Each child deserves to be pushed to their best academic capability and have access to love and support during their journey at Great Hearts. Sara is flabbergasted with the work of Great Hearts and is excited to be a part of this community. She has worked with refugee students, kids with mental struggles, and kids who have disabilities. Growing up, Sara resided in San Antonio, Texas, as an only child with a loving mother. During her time at MacArthur high school, she played in the band and played soccer. Currently, Sara is enrolled at UTSA and is enjoying the intellectual experience. This fall, she will graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. To further her education, she will be pursuing grad school and get her Special Education certification. During her free time, she enjoys playing soccer and spending time with my Chihuahua whose name is Diesel.
