Ashley Hejl

Ashley Hejl is a new 1st-grade apprentice teacher at Great Hearts Live Oak. She cannot wait for this new adventure and to create a love of learning in the classroom! Ashley has a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas State University and is certified to teach in a variety of subjects and grade levels. Mrs. Hejl has been a stay-at-home mom for the past 7 years and both of my children will be at Great Hearts Live Oak in the fall! We have been part of the Great Hearts community for a couple of years and cannot say enough great things about Great Hearts! In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and kids outdoors: swimming or fishing at the River, trips to the beach, road trips to New Mexico and Arizona, or camping. She also loves dogs and have had 3 foster puppies. Mrs. Hejl is so grateful to start a career at Great Hearts Live Oak and looks forward to a wonderful year.
